Workforce Centers

Colorado has 54 Workforce Centers run by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. At your county’s Workforce Center, you’ll get help finding a job, training, access to a computer lab for your job searching, and even free computer classes. Some Centers have people who specialize in helping people with a criminal history with their job search. Be sure to ask.

Connecting Colorado is also run by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment. You can use Connecting Colorado to search for a job online.

Connecting Colorado is a free website run by the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment that lists jobs. You can register with them and upload your resume. You can also click on the button that says "Why Register With Us" and do a quick job search by type of job and city. You'll get free help finding a job, free computer classes, and access to a computer lab for your job searching. This is a great place to start with your job search. There are 54 Workforce Centers in Colorado. Click on the website link and then scroll through the list to find the center in your city. Addresses and phone numbers are on this list. Call for hours. Some centers also have job hotlines you can call. Jefferson County Workforce Center made a video about their center. Not all centers provide the exact same thing, but the video will give you an idea about the kind of help you can get from a center.
