The Center on Fathering in Colorado Springs provides fathering classes, support groups, links to community resources, help with court involvement, and more. Moms are also welcome. All classes are free, and you don't need to be involved with the Department of Human Services to work with the Center. Some classes are offered during afternoon and evening hours.

Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP)

Colorado Child Care Assistance Program can help pay part of the cost of child care if you qualify. The amount you pay is based on what you earn and varies by county. CCCAP is provided through each county’s DHS Office of Early Childhood Division. You can check with that office in person or apply online using Colorado PEAK. Colorado Child Support Services Program

The Colorado Child Support Services Program helps to set up child support orders, collect and distribute child support payments, change orders, establish parentage, locate parents, and provide community resources. The program oversees all of Colorado's 64 county child support offices. Their website will help you find your county office (they're usually located in a Department of Humans Services office). Child support orders are established and managed at county support offices. You need to contact your county office and make an appointment with a technician in order to take care of a child support order or request an adjustment.

Colorado Shines is a nonprofit that helps you find quality child care. Their website has advice and a checklist on how to find a provider, as well as a search tool.
